FOOD ALLERGY NOTICE

Please advise us about any allergies that you may have before placing your order. Although all necessary steps will be taken to keep any specific allergens away whilst preparing your order we CANNOT guarantee it will be completely free of the said allergen.

​We use dairy, nuts, wheat, eggs, cereals and milk. Our food may also contain or come in contact with sesame seeds, fish, soya, sulphur dioxide and peanuts. There is always a risk of cross contamination. All orders are placed at your own risk.

If you have placed an order by calling a member of staff and have been advised to make payment for your chosen product then ignore the order form on the left and proceed to making your payment below. 

Important notice: Making payments online does not guarantee any cake order unless we have contacted you before making a payment. Only after our communication will your order be confirmed and placed with Zahra Cakes. 

All payments are non-refundable. Once an order has been confirmed and paid, no refund will be offered.

Please fill out the online order form. Items with an * are required fields. You will receive text or call to confirm you order. During this call a specific pick up time will be arranged, decoration will be discussed and any other questions will be answered.

Fresh cream cakes can be ordered with as little as one working day's notice. In general, orders should be placed 3/4 days in advance. Longer lead times are required for certain orders. We will try to accommodate last minute requests, but cannot always guarantee our availability during busy times — especially on weekends and holidays. As all items are fresh and custom ordered, we limit the amount of work we commit to, this ensures your order is a true Zahra Cakes creation!

Additional Information

• All extras such as images or flowers on cakes will incur additional charges. Cake stands will incur a £10 per day hire charge and a deposit. For large orders or wedding cakes please contact us directly and we will assist further. For further information and details please see our FAQ section. 
• Fresh fruit used depends upon availability.
• Prices may vary depending upon extra toppings and finishes requested.
• We can print computerised personal photos and cartoon images on  all cakes at an extra charge. All images have to be supplied in high resolution (.jpg) format. 
• For prices on special event cakes or party cakes for large gatherings, please contact us. 
• Cheese cakes are also also available. Please contact us for pricing.
• Products made at Zahra Cakes are made in an environment where nuts are used and handled. For that reason we cannot guarantee any products made at Zahra Cakes are nut free. Even if nuts are not on the list of ingredients there still may be a trace of nuts or nut oils in the product. If anyone is allergic to any type of nuts it would be advised not to eat any of the products from Zahra Cakes.
