Delivery
- We provide a delivery service for special orders such as weddings and large functions.
- All delivery charges will vary depending upon your location and or time of delivery. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for city centre locations and also reserve the right to refuse any delivery.
- We reserve the right to decline and refuse deliveries.
Important Information
- All extras such as images or fresh flowers on cakes will incur additional charges. Cake stands will incur a £10 per day hire charge and a £50-£100 deposit (excluding crystal cake stands). For large orders or wedding cakes please contact us directly and we will assist further. For further information and details please see our FAQ section.
- Crystal cake stands are also available for hire. Please call us for further information on charges and deposit amounts.
- Fresh fruit used depends upon availability.
- Prices may vary depending upon extra toppings and finishes requested.
- We can print computerised personal photos and cartoon images on all cakes at an extra charge. All images have to be supplied in high resolution (.jpg) format.

Wedding Cake Prices

We can create a great looking cake for your special day ranging from a simple plain yet elegant fresh cream cake as the one shown in the image on the right. This is our most popular 3 tier fresh cream wedding cake which comes in the 9", 11" and 13" cake size combination and starting from just £350 for round fresh cream wedding cakes and from £425 for a 3 tier square wedding cake in the 9", 11" and 13" size format.
You can then add further detail to your cake by selecting ribbon & flowers. We can design your cake to your liking. Our standard wedding cake price includes artificial foam/silk flowers. Payment
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking of a wedding cake or any large or special order cake. No order will be commenced until such time as a full payment has been made.
Balance of payment is due 4 weeks prior to delivery (unless otherwise stated).

Wedding Cake Deliveries
Zahra Cakes offer a free delivery for orders above £350 and for delivery addresses which are no more than 15 miles from Altrincham, Cheshire, UK (M337AN). Please note our delivery includes, carefully transporting your cake to your desired destination and setting up the cake on your provided platform.

Disclaimer: Zahra Cakes takes great care in delivering your cake, but if your cake is damaged or is destroyed during delivery, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide the customer with a full refund without incurring any penalties, damages or charges. Wedding cakes are specialised products and take a considerable time to make. Once a cake is accidentally damaged and is beyond repair, we cannot provide a replacement cake immediately.

We offer designer Mehndi cakes by crafting our fondant cakes with freestyle Mehndi designs on cakes. Our cakes are personalised to your taste and requirements. We offer Mehndi cakes ranging from single tier to multiple tiers, ranging in different shapes, sizes, fillings, colours and styles to match your requirements. Each signature Mehndi cake is designed to your colour, theme, culture and personal taste. Every cake can be designed differently for each of your special day, whether it's your Mehndi, Nikkah, Reception, Wedding or Walimah we will make it very special for you.
